About Digital Nexon

We're a marketing agency based in Sector 2, Noida, running affiliate and performance campaigns across multiple verticals in pay-per-call, CPL, VSL funnels, and Ecom offers. The creative is often what makes or breaks these campaigns, and we're looking to train someone from the ground up.

The Role

We're hiring a Video Editing Intern to learn and grow with our team. You'll start on real client edits under guidance, not practice projects and build real, in-demand skills fast.

You will

- Assist in editing short-form ad videos and B-roll ads from raw footage
- Learn how hooks, pacing, and cuts are built to hold attention and convert
- Support on revisions based on feedback
- Learn how affiliate/direct-response video ads differ from general content editing

The Fixed Requirements (check each one honestly before applying)

- Experience: No professional experience required. Basic working knowledge of any editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci) is expected, you should be able to make a simple edit on your own.
- Skill focus: candidates with B-roll ads and video ad editing skills specifically will be prioritized , general content/vlog editing alone is not what we're looking for.

- Location: Sector 2, Noida (on-site). Not remote, not hybrid. Apply only if daily commute to Noida is realistic for you.
- Working hours: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM. Our client work runs on evening timings, so this shift is fixed.

- Stipend:



₹10,000–15,000/month
- Duration: 3 months, with a full-time offer for strong performers

- Start: Immediate joiners preferred

What We're Looking For

- Basic editing skills, you don't need to be polished yet, just capable of a clean, simple edit
- Skilled in B-roll ads and video ad editing specifically
- Genuine interest in learning ad/affiliate-style editing

- Willingness to take feedback and redo work quickly
- A sample of anything you've edited, even a personal reel or college project

Preferred, will be prioritized (not mandatory):

- Some hands-on editing experience already, even small or informal
- Completed a formal video editing course from an institute/academy

Please Don't Apply If

- You've never made a video edit before, even a basic one
- You can't work on-site from Noida, or the 1 AM commute isn't feasible for you
- The 4 PM–1 AM shift doesn't genuinely suit you

- You're currently in another job, internship, or course with fixed hours
