At YouTube For Brands, we've spent 7 years helping Groww, Google, Wint Wealth, Motilal Oswal, Dezerv, InCred Finance and Zero1 by Zerodha grow on YouTube.

You'll design the visual system inside our videos - title cards, lower thirds, data and stat frames, backgrounds, end screens - and the branding around them: thumbnails, channel art, series identities. Our editors animate what you build, so it has to hold up in motion, at speed, on a phone.

What we're looking for

n

• 2–3 years of design experience, ideally on YouTube-first content

n

• Strong typography, hierarchy and composition — legible small and at speed

n

• Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator

n





• Ability to build a repeatable frame system a brand can scale across dozens of videos

n

• Comfort turning finance and business ideas into straightforward visuals

n

• Ability to work inside a client's brand guidelines as fluently as outside them

n

Good to have: After Effects, thumbnail testing and CTR, identity systems built from scratch.

n

Shortlisted candidates get a short assignment.
