About the Role n
FerriAI is looking for a Company Secretary Intern / CS Aspirant to join our founding team and support the organization through its legal registration and initial compliance setup. n
As this is an early-stage initiative and our first hiring, this role offers an chance to work directly with the Founder and gain practical, end-to-end exposure to the process of establishing an organization from the ground up. n
The intern will be expected to independently research, understand, organize and coordinate the registration process, while working closely with the Founder throughout the journey. n
Key Responsibilities n
- Research and identify the appropriate legal structure and registration requirements for the organization. n
n- Understand the complete registration process, eligibility criteria and applicable requirements. n
n- Develop a step-by-step roadmap for the organization's registration. n
n- Identify the documents, declarations, applications and information required for registration. n
n- Prepare, organize and maintain registration-related documentation. n
n- Assist with drafting and reviewing organizational documents, wherever applicable. n
n- Handle relevant online registration portals and application processes. n
n- Track applications, submissions, follow-ups and registration status. n
n- Research applicable legal, regulatory and compliance requirements. n
n- Identify registrations, licences and ongoing compliances that may be required after registration. n
n- Maintain organized records of documents, applications, filings and correspondence. n
n- Develop and maintain an initial compliance calendar and track important deadlines. n
n- Research legal and compliance-related questions that arise during the setup process and present findings to the Founder. n
n- Identify areas where professional legal or regulatory advice may be required. n
n- Work directly with the Founder to ensure the registration and initial compliance process progresses systematically from start to finish. n

We are also open to candidates who have a strong understanding of company/nonprofit registration processes and compliance and are comfortable learning and researching independently. n
