We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Production Services Application Support to join our ASSET SERVICING team. This role is located in Pune.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

- Strong experience in Production/Application Support within enterprise environments.
- Experience with ServiceNow for Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
- Proven experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and issue remediation.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience supporting Banking & Financial Services (BFSI) applications in a business-critical environment.
- Proven ability to operate in a customer-facing production support role, balancing business priorities, and operational risk.
- Strong understanding of SLA,



regulatory, compliance, and audit requirements within financial services.
- Ability to understand business priorities, assess impact, prioritize critical issues, and respond rapidly in a rapid-paced, customer-facing production support environment.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

- Experience with Unix/Linux administration, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Knowledge of Informatica ETL development, workflow monitoring, and support.
- Understanding of file transfer technologies, batch processing, scheduling tools, and data integration platforms.
- Experience with Python for automation and operational tooling.
- Knowledge of Snowflake data platform administration and support.
