Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Vice President Operations to lead and manage large-scale Road, Highway, and Infrastructure Projects. The candidate will be responsible for overall project execution, operational performance, profitability, timely delivery, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of multiple Road and Highway projects.
- Ensure timely project completion within approved budgets and quality standards.
- Monitor project planning, progress, cost, billing, and resource utilization.
- Drive profitability, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Manage contracts, claims, variations, and project-related risks.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, government authorities, NHAI, and MoRTH.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety,



and statutory requirements.
- Lead and mentor Project Heads and senior project teams.
- Support tendering and business development teams with technical and operational inputs.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 25–30 years of experience in Road Infrastructure / Highway Projects.
- Strong experience in EPC, HAM, BOT, and PPP Projects.
- Proven leadership experience in managing multiple large-scale projects.
- Excellent knowledge of project execution, planning, cost control, contracts, and claims management.
- Robust leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
