Veeva Data Entry / Data Analyst – Pharma Domain

Experience: 3–5 Years

Location: Fully Remote / WFH

Shift: 7:30 PM–4:00 AM OR 8:00 PM–4:30 AM IST

We are urgently looking for a Veeva Data Entry / Data Analyst with prior experience working in the Pharmaceutical industry and hands-on exposure to Veeva Vault / Veeva CRM .

Mandatory Requirements

- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Prior experience working with a Pharma/Pharmaceutical company .
- Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault / Veeva CRM .
- Experience with Key Data Inputs and Report Building .
- Good understanding of Pharma/Commercial Data concepts including:
- Accounts, Territory Alignment, Mapping, Rep Roster, GPO, etc.
- Experience with Veeva CRM Reporting and Excel .
- Robust data-entry accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to understand business requirements by asking appropriate clarifying questions.
- Ability to investigate data discrepancies ,



identify possible root causes and determine whether an issue can be resolved directly or requires escalation.
- Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in the specified evening/night shift .

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and validate data within Veeva CRM/Vault.
- Perform key data inputs, updates, mapping and data-quality checks.
- Build and support basic Veeva/Excel reports.
- Work with pharma commercial data including Accounts, Territories, Rep Rosters and GPO-related information.
- Investigate data discrepancies and support issue resolution.
- Understand business requests and translate them into appropriate data/reporting actions.
