Primary Responsibilities:

- Create wireframes, prototypes, design concepts, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate product vision and functionality

- Apply user-centered design methodologies to ensure usability, accessibility, and adoption

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis and user discovery activities to inform product and design decisions

- Translate complex business requirements, workflows, and data structures into intuitive and user-friendly experiences

- Incorporate customer feedback, user research findings, and market insights to refine designs and improve product outcomes

- Be able to perform AI-driven product design and prototyping efforts

- Follow all the defined UX guidelines, standards, and best practices across teams

- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams throughout the product lifecycle to deliver high-quality user experiences

- Participate in usability testing, stakeholder workshops, design reviews, and design-thinking sessions

Qualifications - External

Required Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in UX/Product Design, experience in understand data hierarchy and Architecture and proposing best in class designs for the same

- Hands-on experience with user research, usability testing, stakeholder workshops, and design sprint activities

- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG / Section 508) and inclusive design principles

- Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design and prototyping tools

- Demonstrated solid collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams

- Demonstrated ability to translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into thoughtful design solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

- 1+ years of experience building products in US healthcare analytics domain

- Experience in partnering with Product/ Data Science / ML teams and defining success metrics for AI-driven experiences

- Knowledge of data visualization best practices and designing complex dashboards, reporting, and analytics soFamiliarity with healthcare interoperability standards, clinical workflows, healthcare data platforms, or population health analytics

- Demonstrated ability to support go-to-market activities with clear product positioning, narratives, and documentation

- Demonstrated ability to drive the design and prototyping of AI-powered experiences, including generative AI, predictive analytics, conversational interfaces, and intelligent workflows
