Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer with 4+ years of professional experience in designing modern, intuitive, responsive, and user-centric web and mobile interfaces.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe

XD, with a robust understanding of UI/UX principles, design systems, typography, color theory, spacing, layout, usability, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Design clean, modern, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create high-quality UI/UX designs using Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe XD.
- Develop and maintain reusable UI components, design patterns, and design systems.
- Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colors, spacing, layouts, and overall visual language.
- Translate business requirements into practical, visually appealing, and user-friendly design solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Frontend Developers, Backend

Developers, and other stakeholders.
- Understand user requirements and apply user-centric design methodologies.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve overall product quality
- Ensure designs are consistent across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Stay updated with modern UI/UX trends, design systems, and industry best practices.




- Manage multiple projects and deliver assigned design tasks within defined practices.

Required Skills & Expertise UI/UX & Design

- 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX Design.
- Strong proficiency in Figma.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of:
- UI/UX principles
- Design systems
- Typography
- Color theory
- Spacing and layout
- User experience and usability
- Ability to create clean, modern, consistent, and user-friendly interfaces.
- Experience creating and maintaining reusable UI components and design patterns.
- Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Strong attention to detail and visual quality.

Preferred Qualifications

- B.Tech in Computer Science / Information Technology Mandatory.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Familiarity with UX research and user-centric design methodologies.
- Experience working with design systems and reusable component libraries.
- Basic understanding of Web Accessibility (WCAG).
- Experience working on enterprise applications, SaaS products, CRM systems, travel

platforms, or e-commerce applications will be an advantage. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be:
