Role Summary

We are looking for a UI/UX Design Consultant who can help shape intuitive, scalable, and accessible digital experiences for large-scale transformation programs. The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable designing end-user journeys and building enterprise-grade design systems that seamlessly translate into front-end implementation.

Role & responsibilities

- Ability to collaborate closely with front-end architects, developers, product owners, and business stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of how design decisions impact scalability, performance, accessibility, and implementation effort.
- Experience contributing to enterprise-grade design systems and large digital transformation initiatives.
- Capability to define reusable components, interaction patterns, and design standards that can scale across products and channels.
- Strong visual design skills with attention to typography, layout, consistency, and usability.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Working knowledge of

- Figma Dev Mode

Enterprise Product Design

Experience designing

- High-traffic digital platforms
- Customer-facing web and mobile applications
