Required Skills

- 2 - 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design, with shipped web and/or mobile products.

- Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto-layout, and prototyping.

- Solid experience with wireframing, prototyping, and translating flows into finished UI.

- Strong grasp of UX principles, user flows, information architecture, and usability.

- Confident command of typography, colour theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy.

- Proven experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces.

- Hands-on experience building and maintaining design systems and reusable components.

- Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience designing complete flows including edge cases empty, loading, error, and success states.

- Ability to run design QA and ensure pixel-accurate, consistent implementation across screens.

- Working understanding of accessibility fundamentals (colour contrast, touch targets, readable hierarchy).

- Comfortable using Figma Dev Mode / design specs for clean developer handoff.

- Organised approach to file structure, naming, and version management in shared design files.

- Experience collaborating in an agile / sprint-based product environment.

- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.

- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and consistently meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the design of features end-to-end from problem framing and user flows to high-fidelity UI for web and mobile applications.





- Produce wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma to communicate and validate design intent.

- Translate business requirements and product goals into intuitive, effective user experiences.

- Deliver polished high-fidelity designs with consistent typography, colour, spacing, and layout across the product.

- Design responsive interfaces that work cleanly across screen sizes, breakpoints, and devices.

- Build and maintain design systems, reusable components, and design guidelines and drive their adoption across projects.

- Partner closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately, and support the team through developer handoff and QA.

- Plan and run user research and usability analysis, then turn findings into concrete design improvements.

- Incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders, iterating quickly while keeping quality high.

- Present design concepts and clearly articulate the reasoning behind design decisions to internal teams and stakeholders.

- Support and mentor junior designers by reviewing work and sharing best practices.

- Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices, and bring fresh ideas into the team.





Good to Have

- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.

- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator.

- Practical experience with usability testing and user research methods.

- Experience designing dashboards, SaaS products, websites, or mobile applications.

- Solid understanding of developer handoff and design specifications.

- Exposure to motion / micro-interaction design or basic prototyping animation.

- Awareness of A/B testing and using data to inform design decisions.

- Familiarity with design plugins, automation, or AI-assisted design tools.

- Basic understanding of front-end frameworks and technical constraints (React, Flutter, or similar).

- Experience contributing to or scaling a shared design system across multiple products.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Computer Science, HCI, or a related field.

- Relevant certifications or a strong practical portfolio will be an added advantage.

Portfolio Requirement A portfolio is mandatory. Candidates should be able to showcase previous UI/UX projects — including wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final UI designs — and speak to their role, decisions, and outcomes on each.
