About the Role

As a User Experience (UX) Designer Intern at Internmo, you will work on practical UX design projects involving user research, information architecture, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and experience optimization. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build practical experience in creating intuitive, accessible, and user-centered digital experiences.

Responsibilities

- Conduct basic user research to understand user needs and behaviors
- Analyze user requirements and identify experience-related challenges
- Create user personas, journey maps, and user flows
- Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes
- Organize content and features using effective information architecture
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback
- Identify usability issues and recommend experience improvements
- Collaborate with UI designers, developers, and mentors
- Document UX decisions, research findings, and design solutions
- Work under the guidance of mentors on assigned UX design projects





Qualifications

- Basic understanding of User Experience (UX) design principles
- Familiarity with user research and usability concepts
- Understanding of wireframing, prototyping, and user flows
- Basic knowledge of information architecture
- Familiarity with user-centered design methodologies
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Valuable communication and collaboration skills
- Prior UX, UI/UX, or digital product design projects will be an added advantage

Pay Range and Compensation Package

Performance-based stipend up to ₹10,000/-
