? About Nynii

Nynii is building India's trusted on-demand home services platform, connecting families with verified professionals for house help, cooks, caregivers, babysitters, cleaners, and more.

We're looking for a UI/UX Consultant to help improve Nynii's customer and professional experiences across our mobile and web products.

? Key Responsibilities

- Review and improve existing Nynii app and web experiences.
- Identify usability, navigation, and conversion issues.
- Design intuitive user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity screens.
- Improve key flows including onboarding, booking, payments, professional selection, and support .
- Conduct user research and analyse customer feedback.
- Develop and maintain UI components and design systems.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing teams.
- Translate business and user requirements into practical design solutions.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback.
- Ensure consistency across Nynii's overall product experience.

? What We're Looking For
- Strong experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
- Excellent understanding of user-centred design principles.
- Strong visual design and interaction design skills.
- Excellent proficiency in Figma .
- Ability to create clean, contemporary,



and intuitive mobile-first experiences.
- Strong understanding of user flows, information architecture, and usability.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.

? Preferred Skills Figma • Prototyping • User Research • UX Audits • Design Systems • Mobile App Design • Responsive Web Design • Usability Testing

Experience with consumer apps, marketplaces, e-commerce, fintech, or on-demand services is a plus.
