US Technical Recruiter – AI/ML & Emerging Technologies

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced US Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and recruit specialized technology professionals for the US market .

The ideal candidate will have robust US IT/Technical Recruitment experience , excellent sourcing skills, and exposure to hiring for AI/ML, Data Science, Generative AI, Cloud, and other emerging technologies .

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles supporting the US market.
- Source and recruit candidates across AI/ML, Data Science, Generative AI, Data Engineering, Cloud, and related technologies .
- Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, referrals, and other sourcing channels .
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and candidate profiles.
- Conduct candidate screening and assess profiles against technical requirements.
- Manage candidate communication, interview coordination, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
- Provide insights on US talent availability, compensation, and market trends .




- Maintain accurate recruitment activity in the ATS and track key recruitment metrics.

Required Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in US IT/Technical Recruitment .
- Proven experience recruiting for US-based clients or hiring teams .
- Experience hiring for technical roles, preferably including AI/ML, Data Science, GenAI, Data Engineering, Cloud, or similar technologies .
- Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean sourcing .
- Ability to understand technical requirements and identify relevant candidates.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements in a quick-paced environment.

Preferred

- Experience recruiting AI/ML or emerging technology talent .
- Experience working with US staffing/MSP/VMS environments .
- Strong understanding of the US technology talent market.
