Job Title: HR Shared Services Manager

Experience: 10+ Years

Location: Bangalore, Hebbal

Shift Timings: 5:30 PM 02:30 AM IST. Willingness to work from the office and stretch when business requires

Role Brief: We are seeking an experienced HR Shared Services Leader to oversee and manage our US & Canada Onboarding process within HR Shared service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of the Onboarding services, driving process improvements, and enhancing the employee experience through effective management of operations

Major Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the HR US & Can Onboarding team, ensuring high-quality service delivery across all line of business in Clean Harbours
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes and systems, leveraging technology and automation.
- Collaborate with internal HR teams, including payroll, recruiting, and talent management, to resolve employee and manager inquiries.
- Prepare and analyze reports, scorecards, and dashboards to provide insights and support decision-making.
- Ensure consistency and compliance in HR service delivery, mitigating risks and enhancing the employee experience.




- Lead cross-functional initiatives related to process and quality improvement.
- Develop and mentor team members (direct reportee-2-3 and a span of 30 employees), fostering a positive and cooperative work environment. • Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Handle conflict resolution and provide guidance to team members on professional development.

Preferred candidate profile • Minimum of 9-13 years of HR operations experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Experience with HR systems and data management.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop teams.
- Experience in conflict resolution and employee relations.

Academic Background: Bachelors degree in human resources or equivalent, Business Administration, or a related field
