US IT TECHNICAL RECRUITER

Were looking for a strong, hands-on US IT Recruiter who knows how to source, screen, negotiate, and close technical candidates not someone who needs constant supervision.

If you have solid US, IT staffing experience, understand US work authorization/immigration, and can independently drive requirements from sourcing to closure, we want to hear from you.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own the end-to-end US IT recruitment process — sourcing, screening, submission, interview coordination, negotiation, and closure.
- Source high-quality technical candidates across multiple IT skill sets using various recruiting channels.
- Understand technical requirements and identify candidates who genuinely match the role.
- Strongly understand US work authorization categories including H-1B, OPT, EAD, GC, US Citizen, and other visa statuses.
- Effectively screen candidates for skills, experience, location, work authorization, availability, and compensation.
- Work closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver qualified candidates quickly.
- Build and continuously maintain a strong US IT candidate pipeline.
- Manage multiple open requirements simultaneously and prioritize based on urgency.
- Take complete ownership of assigned positions and drive them toward closure.
- Work independently, make decisions, and deliver results without constant supervision.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of hands-on US IT Recruitment / US Staffing experience.
- Strong understanding of US IT technologies and technical job functions.




- Excellent knowledge of US geography — states, cities, time zones, and major IT markets.
- Practical understanding of OPT, EAD, H-1B, GC, US Citizen, and related work authorization categories.
- Strong sourcing, candidate assessment, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and have meaningful conversations with candidates.
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet recruitment targets.
- Self-starter mentality — we are looking for recruiters who take ownership and get things done.

WORK LOCATION AND SHIFT TIMINGS: Hyderabad – Work from Office

5 Days a Week

Night / US Overlap Shift

- You are not comfortable working the US/night shift from the Hyderabad office.
- You require constant supervision to manage recruitment activities.

JOINING PREFERENCE: Immediate Joiners / Candidates with 15 days notice period preferred.
