Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (EST-aligned)

About the Role:

We're a US staffing firm looking for a self-driven IT Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for IT roles (software development, data, AI/ML, infrastructure, and related skill sets) across our US client base — end to end, with minimal supervision.

What You'll Do

- Handle requirements independently, from intake to closure
- Source, screen, and pipeline candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter/RPS+, job boards, and your own network
- Negotiate rates and manage candidates through offer and onboarding
- Maintain accurate candidate/requirement data in the tracker/ATS

Required Qualifications

- 3–5 years as a US IT Recruiter, handling own requirements
- Strong grasp of US work authorization types and tax terms (W2/C2C/1099)
- Hands-on with LinkedIn Recruiter/RPS+, job boards, and ATS/CRM tools
- Strong written/verbal communication; comfortable with night shift hours

Preferred Qualifications

- Own candidate database/network across IT skill sets
- Experience with both contract and full time IT placements
