? Position: US IT Recruiter
? Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad – Onsite
? Experience: 2–4 Years
? Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST
What we’re looking for
2–4 years of experience in US IT Staffing/Recruitment
Robust sourcing and candidate screening skills
Strong network with Tier‑1 vendors / implementation partners
Experience with Prime Vendors /C2C.
VMS/MSP experience is a plus
Experience working closely with OPT, STEM OPT, CPT, H‑1B candidates
W2 recruitment experience required / Full‑time marketing processes
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search & Job Portals
Good understanding of US IT technologies and recruitment processes
Experience with sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate submissions
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
