We are expanding our recruitment team in Noida and are looking for experienced professionals who can manage US IT staffing requirements and deliver qualified technical talent within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment process from requirement understanding to placement.
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, and internal databases .
- Understand technical requirements and use effective Boolean search and sourcing strategies .
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, availability, rate, and work authorization .
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.
- Prepare and submit qualified profiles to clients, account managers, MSPs, and vendors .
- Coordinate interviews, follow up on feedback, and maintain strong candidate relationships.
- Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets for sourcing, submissions, interviews, and placements.

Required Skills & Experience





- 3-6 years of proven experience in US IT Staffing / US IT Recruitment.
- Solid understanding of the US IT staffing market and recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience recruiting for technical positions across areas such as:
- Java / .NET
- Full Stack Development
- Data Engineering
- Cloud
- DevOps
- QA / Testing
- Cybersecurity
- Business Intelligence
- ERP / SAP
- Infrastructure & Networking
- Strong knowledge of sourcing through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, and other job portals.
- Hands-on experience with Boolean search techniques.
- Good understanding of US work authorization categories such as H1B, Green Card, US Citizen, OPT/CPT, EAD, TN, etc.
- Experience with C2C, W2, and FTE hiring models.
- Strong candidate screening, submission, and follow-up skills.
- Good understanding of compensation/rate negotiation.
- Experience working with ATS/CRM platforms such as Bullhorn, Ceipal, JobDiva, or similar.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
