About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent across software engineering, DevOps, cloud, data, and emerging technology domains. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, build robust talent pipelines, and drive a seamless recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for technical roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Screen and evaluate candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview processes,



ensuring timely communication between candidates and stakeholders.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, pipeline quality) and provide regular reports.
- Stay updated with technology trends and competitive talent market insights.
- Build and maintain a strong network of passive and active technical candidates.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of technical roles and concepts (e.g., software engineering, DevOps, cloud platforms, data analytics, cybersecurity).
- Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Ceipal, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment with multiple priorities.
