Are you a self‑driven, hands‑on recruiter who can independently manage multiple client accounts, interact directly with customers, and deliver high‑quality profiles with complete due diligence?

If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and have a strong presence across WhatsApp job groups, internal databases, and paid sourcing tools — we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do

Own multiple account directly and work closely with clients/partners on active requirements

Source and screen US IT & India IT talent using paid tools, your own internal database, and other channels

Perform strong candidate due diligence (skills validation, availability, rate, compliance readiness) before submitting profiles





Leverage recruiting communities including US-based WhatsApp and other networking channels to find quick-moving talent

Handle W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models for direct clients and implementation partners and for India onboarding Monthly Salary.

Drive interviews, follow-ups, feedback loops, and closures with speed and discipline

What We’re Looking For

3–8 years of US IT & India IT recruiting experience

Strong understanding of US & India hiring models, time zones, visa/work authorizations and submission standards

Excellent written/spoken English communication

High ownership mindset: pipeline-focused, metrics-driven, and able to work independently

Active presence in WhatsApp job groups across the US & India – Must to have.
