Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills and experience.

- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.

- Conduct initial screening to evaluate technical skills, communication, availability, location, and compensation expectations.

- Verify candidate work authorization/visa status such as H1B, OPT/CPT, EAD, Green Card, and US Citizen.

- Have a positive understanding of US staffing models including W2, C2C, C2H, and 1099.

- Use Boolean search techniques to identify and engage qualified candidates.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment/US Staffing.

- Good knowledge of US IT technologies and job requirements.

- Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills.

- Knowledge of W2, C2C, C2H, and 1099.

- Understanding of H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, GC, and USC work authorizations.
