Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced US Industrial Recruiter with strong exposure to high-volume and bulk recruitment. The ideal candidate should have experience recruiting for industrial, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, and other blue-collar roles across the US market.

The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and handling temporary, seasonal, and long-term workforce requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and source candidates through online job boards, social media, local networks, community organizations, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct phone interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, availability, and suitability.
- Match candidates with suitable job opportunities based on their skills, experience, and availability.
- Recruit for high-volume positions such as warehouse workers, packers, loaders, forklift operators, manufacturing workers, and other blue-collar roles.
- Handle recruitment for seasonal, temporary, contract, and long-term workforce requirements.
- Assist with onboarding activities, including background checks, credential verification, documentation, and related processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in ATS/recruitment systems.
- Ensure recruitment activities follow company policies, applicable labor requirements, and safety guidelines.
- Stay updated on labor market trends, wage rates, and industry dynamics.
- Consistently achieve recruitment targets and meet turnaround timelines.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in US Staffing / US Recruitment, preferably in industrial, blue-collar, or high-volume recruitment.
- Strong experience in bulk hiring / volume hiring.
- Hands-on experience recruiting for warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, industrial, or blue-collar positions.
- Experience handling temporary, seasonal, and contract staffing requirements.
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment software.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong candidate-handling and relationship-management abilities.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work in the US EST night shift.

Preferred Profile
- Experience with reputed US Staffing / Recruitment organizations.
- Proven track record of achieving high-volume hiring targets.
- Robust experience in sourcing candidates for US industrial and blue-collar roles.
- Strong LinkedIn presence with 200+ connections/followers is preferred.
- Excellent communication and candidate-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver candidates within defined timelines.
