We are looking for an experienced US Healthcare Recruiter to source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for US-based clients.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media, and referrals.
- Recruit RNs , Allied Health professionals, and other healthcare staff.
- Screen candidates and assess qualifications, experience, licenses, and availability.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up throughout the hiring process.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM.
- Work toward daily/weekly recruitment and placement targets.
- Coordinate with Account Management and Credentialing teams.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment preferred.
- Knowledge of US healthcare roles, licensing, and staffing processes.
- Robust communication, sourcing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to work US/night shifts.
- Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
