Position: US Healthcare RecruiterLocation: Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Shift: EST Shift | Monday to Friday | 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST

Salary: Depending on Experience + Attractive CommissionKey Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US Healthcare Staffing.
- Source, screen, and evaluate healthcare professionals through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
- Recruit for healthcare specialties including RN, LPN, CNA, Allied Health, and other healthcare roles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Understand client requirements and match suitable candidates to relevant assignments.
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding, credentialing, and placement processes.
- Negotiate compensation packages and contracts with candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate information in ATS systems.
- Ensure compliance with US healthcare staffing and credentialing requirements.
- Consistently meet hiring targets and turnaround timelines.





Required Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment / US Staffing.
- Strong understanding of US healthcare roles such as RN, LPN, CNA, and Allied Health professionals.
- Experience sourcing candidates through Indeed, Facebook, Vivian, Wanderly, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Experience with ATS and VMS platforms will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, sourcing, negotiation, and candidate relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced and target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work in the US EST night shift.
