Roles and Responsibilities :

- Work closely with the business team to identify top faculty talent for US based universities through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.

- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates who meet client requirements.

- Coordinate interviews between business team and potential candidates, ensuring a smooth interview process from start to finish.

- Manage candidate pipelines by tracking progress updates, communicating with business team about timelines, and following up on offers extended.

Job Requirements :

- 2-5 years of experience in IT staffing or recruitment industry

- Edtech industry experience is preferred

- Solid understanding of the US market

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with both business team and candidates.

Work Requirements :

- Work from office, 6 days a week, 6.30PM to 3.30AM
