Role & responsibilities

- Plan and develop seasonal trouser and denim or shirt ranges based on fashion trends, sales data and customer demand.

- Manage vendor coordination for fabric sourcing, trims, washing, finishing and bulk production.

- Handle sampling, fit approvals, size sets and pre-production approvals.

- Ensure target costing and margin achievement through price negotiations and cost control.

- Track purchase orders, production timelines and ensure on-time delivery to warehouse.

- Maintain accurate documentation, product data and vendor records in merchandising systems.

Preferred candidate profile

- Robust knowledge of shirt or denim and trouser fabrics and garment production.

- Experience in vendor sourcing, costing and production follow-ups.

- Strong negotiation, communication and coordination skills.

- Proficient in MS Excel.

- Analytical mind set with focus on margins, sell-through and inventory performance.

- Graduate in Fashion Technology, Textiles, Apparel Management or related field.

- 2 to 8 years of experience in merchandising or product development within retail or apparel manufacturing.

- Experience in handling Jeans and Cotton Trousers or shirt categories is mandator
