Position Reports to: QUALITY HEAD

Specific duties and responsibilities

Provide a bulleted list of key responsibilities. (Budgets and Costs- handled, People Handled, Specific tasks etc.)

Process Quality Management

- Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure that products are manufactured to meet or exceed customer requirements and industry standards.
- Work with Engineering (Design and Manufacturing Engineers team) to define process parameters and criteria to ensure production process capability is effectively met as per product process requirements.
- Monitor and control quality at all manufacturing stages including SMT, PCB assembly, camera module assembly, lens fitting, testing, final assembly, and packing.
- Establish and maintain Process Control Plans, PFMEA, SOPs, Quality Check Sheets, and Inspection Standards.
- Ensure process adherence through regular line audits and layered process audits.

Process Monitoring & Control

- Analyze First Pass Yield (FPY), Defect Per Million (DPMO), Rework, Scrap, and Process Capability (Cp/ Cpk ).
- Monitor critical process parameters such as soldering profile, torque values, ESD compliance, AOI performance, ICT/FCT results, and burn-in test performance.
- Identify process abnormalities and implement corrective actions.

Root Cause Analysis & Improvement

- Lead investigations using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, Pareto Analysis, SPC, and CAPA methodologies.
- Drive defect reduction and continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma tools.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, SCM, and R&D; to eliminate recurring issues.

Customer & Internal Quality

- Handle customer complaints related to manufacturing defects.
- Ensure timely closure of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Support internal and external quality audits.

Quality Assurance Activities

- Ensure implementation of ESD standards across manufacturing.
- Verify calibration status of measuring and testing equipment.




- Validate process changes before implementation.
- Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) and pilot production activities.

Documentation & Reporting

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
- Maintain quality records and traceability documentation.
- Present quality performance during management reviews.

Team Management

- Lead and develop Process Quality Engineers and Line Inspectors.
- Conduct training on quality standards, workmanship, IPC requirements, and defect awareness.
- Promote quality culture and continuous improvement across production teams.

TECHNICAL /QUALITY SKILLS REQUIRED PFD , PFMEA , CONTROL PLAN SPC & STATISTICAL ANALYSIS, PPAP , TRSO , MSA , PROCESS CAPABILITY ,LEAN MANUFACTURING , SIX SIGMA TOOLS , 8D PROBLEM SOLVING, ISO 9001 QMS, IPC -A-610 Knowledge , Good Data analysis and problem solving ,PPT Skills, Measuring instrument handling expertise and Calibration.

WORK EXPERIENCE & education requirements Education B-TECH , ELECTRONICS

Experience > 5 YEARS , PREFERABLE IN CCTV camera manufacturing, IP Camera, DVR/NVR manufacturing, Electronics Assembly (EMS), Experience with AOI, ICT, Functional Testing, and Burn-in processes
