Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning Consultant with 5-10 years of overall experience in Oracle Supply Chain Planning implementations and support. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Planning modules and have hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation, requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

The candidate should be capable of working closely with business stakeholders to understand supply chain processes and recommend best practices leveraging Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and participate in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion Planning solutions.
- Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Planning modules including:

- Supply Planning

- Demand Management

- Replenishment Planning
- Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;)

- Demand and Supply Collaboration
- Conduct solution workshops, fit-gap analysis, and process design sessions.
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), configuration documents, test scripts, and user training materials.
- Support end-to-end integration with Oracle Fusion SCM, Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, Order Management, and Logistics modules.
- Collaborate with technical teams for reporting, integrations, conversions, and extensions.
- Execute SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot planning-related issues.
- Drive best practices for demand forecasting, inventory optimization, capacity planning, and supply planning.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice development initiatives.

- Experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Strong understanding of supply chain planning business processes.

Soft Skills

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to lead customer workshops and drive solution discussions.
- Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud certification preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing, retail, consumer goods, automotive, or high-tech industries.
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud ERP and end-to-end SCM business processes.
