We are hiring candidates for Technical Voice process - Customer Support.
Interview Details

Time: 11:00 AM IST
Venue: Sutherland 'A1', Ground Floor, Gateway Office Parks, Perungalathur.
Job Criteria
1. Immediate joiners required.
2. Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
3. Freshers and tenured candidates with 6 months of relevant work experience can apply.
4)Willingness to work night/rotational shifts with rotational weekly offs
Key job responsibilities
- Providing prompt, productive, detailed service by engaging directly with Rings customers
- Patiently listen to, understand, and solve complex technical customer issues
- Investigating, documenting, and resolving issues
- Providing world class support to Rings customers
- Navigating multiple system applications and researching applicable solutions with ease
- Developing detailed knowledge about Ring’s products, services and features
- Providing advanced Ring device troubleshooting solutions
- Being a voice and advocate for our customers when something doesn’t feel right.

Work from office
One-way cab service with transport allowance provided
