We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Trainee to join our HR team. The candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, employee documentation, onboarding, HR data management, attendance, employee records, and other administrative activities.This role is ideal for a fresher who wants to build a career in HR Operations and Generalist HR.

- Assist in the end-to-end employee onboarding process, including documentation and joining formalities.

- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

- Assist with preparation and management of HR-related documents, letters, and forms.

- Coordinate with new employees for submission of required documents.

- Support attendance, leave, and employee data management.

- Assist in preparing regular HR MIS and reports.

- Coordinate with employees and internal departments for HR-related requirements.

- Support the HR team in employee engagement activities and internal communications.

- Assist in maintaining proper documentation related to employee joining, transfers, confirmation, and exit formalities.





- Support the employee exit and full & final settlement process as required.

- Assist with HR audits and ensure employee records are properly maintained.

- Handle employee queries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate HR team member.

- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee information.

- Perform other HR operational and administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Skills

- Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and Word.

- Positive written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.

- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.

- Willingness to learn HR processes and policies.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
