Hiring for Export & Import Manager

Location: Vidyavihar, Mumbai

We are looking for an experienced Export & Import Manager to manage end-to-end EXIM operations and coordinate with clients on Foreign Trade Policy-related requirements.

Job Details:

- Experience: 5–10 Years in EXIM
- Location: Vidyavihar, Mumbai
- Salary: Up to ₹7 LPA
- Qualification: B.Com Graduates Preferred
- Location Preference: Central Line Candidates Only
- Joining: Immediate to 15 Days
- Weekly Off: Sunday + Any 2 Saturdays
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM–6:45 PM | Saturday: 10:00 AM–5:30 PM
- Interview Process: 2 Rounds

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end Export & Import operations
- Handle EXIM documentation and commercial documents
- Prepare applications as per Foreign Trade Policy
- Coordinate with clients for documentation, signatures and review meetings




- Handle DGFT, Customs and shipment-related queries
- Ensure compliance with applicable EXIM regulations
- Prepare quotations, tax invoices and required documentation
- Follow up with clients for payments
- Maintain MIS reports and provide updates to management
