About the Role iMark Infotech is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Upwork Bidder with 1+ year of experience in bidding and lead generation through Upwork and other freelancing platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Upwork bidding, proposal writing, client communication, lead generation, and business development . The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant projects, submitting compelling proposals, and converting opportunities into successful business engagements.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork based on the company's services and expertise.
- Submit high-quality, customized proposals and bids to potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and prepare proposals accordingly.
- Generate qualified leads through Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and technical teams to understand project requirements and prepare suitable responses.
- Negotiate with clients regarding project scope, timelines, and commercials.




- Maintain and update records of submitted bids, leads, responses, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly bidding, lead generation, and conversion targets.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities across freelancing platforms.

Requirements
- 1+ year of hands-on experience in Upwork bidding/business development.
- Good understanding of Upwork and its bidding process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proposal-writing and client-handling skills.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into effective proposals.
- Experience in generating leads and converting them into business opportunities.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Experience in IT services, Digital Marketing, SEO, Web Development, or related services will be an added advantage.
