Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Admission Counsellor who can guide prospective students, understand their career goals, explain our courses, and convert qualified leads into enrollments.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, counselling, sales, and follow-up skills, preferably with experience in EdTech, education, training institutes, or course sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students.
- Counsel students and professionals regarding digital marketing courses and career opportunities.
- Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper lead follow-up and update CRM records.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
- Handle queries regarding course fees, curriculum, duration,



placements, and the admission process.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for successful student onboarding.
- Meet daily calling, follow-up, and monthly admission targets.

Requirements

- 1-3 years of experience in admission counselling, educational sales, inside sales, or tele-sales.
- Experience in EdTech, education, training institutes, or digital marketing courses will be preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working from office in Noida.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, WhatsApp, and calling tools.
