Coastal Village Fine Dine (Navi Mumbai) is looking for an experienced and skilled All-Rounder Chef to join our kitchen team and handle day-to-day kitchen operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of food items as per the restaurant menu and standards.
- Handle different sections of the kitchen as required.
- Assist with food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation.
- Maintain consistent taste, quality, and portion sizes.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work areas.
- Monitor kitchen stock and inform the management about ingredient requirements.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth restaurant operations.
- Manage kitchen responsibilities independently when required.
- Train and guide junior kitchen helpers when necessary.

Requirements




- Previous experience as an All-Rounder Chef is preferred.
- Candidates with relevant restaurant/hotel kitchen experience can apply.
- Good knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations.
- Ability to handle multiple kitchen tasks efficiently.
- Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Hardworking, responsible, and punctual.
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
- Immediate joining preferred.
