? We’re Hiring: Upwork Business Development Manager | SoluLab

SoluLab is looking for an experienced Upwork Business Development Manager who knows how to turn Upwork into a consistent revenue channel.

This is NOT a proposal writer role . We’re looking for someone who has a proven track record of closing $100K-$500K+ worth of business annually through Upwork .

? Location: Remote / India

? Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST

? Compensation: ₹5 LPA + Performance-Based Commission

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Identify and target high-value Upwork opportunities
- Create personalized proposals that generate responses
- Handle client communication, discovery calls, negotiations, and closures
- Manage the complete Upwork sales pipeline
- Convert Upwork leads into high-value software development projects
- Build long-term relationships and generate repeat business
- Coordinate with technical teams for scope, estimates, and proposals
- Track proposal, meeting, conversion, and revenue metrics
- Continuously improve Upwork bidding and conversion strategies

? What We're Looking For




- 3+ years of hands-on Upwork business development/sales experience

• Proven track record of $100K-$500K+ annual business generated/closed through Upwork

• Experience selling IT/software development services

- Solid understanding of Upwork bidding, lead qualification, and client conversion
- Experience working with international clients, especially US, UK, Australia, UAE, and Europe
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to understand technical requirements and work with development teams

⚠️ Important

We are specifically looking for candidates with verifiable Upwork revenue/closure experience .

If you've only managed proposals but haven't independently generated significant business through Upwork, this role may not be the right fit.
