Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Unity Game Developer role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

The Unity Game

Developer will design, develop, and optimize interactive experiences and games using Unity for advertising and brand engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing gameplay features, writing clean and efficient code, collaborating with designers and artists to bring concepts to life, and troubleshooting performance and usability issues. The role also involves integrating AR/VR and mobile-specific functionalities, maintaining project documentation, and participating in code reviews and iterative improvement.



The developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables meet creative, technical, and performance requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Game Programming and Gameplay Programming, with experience building interactive experiences or games in Unity.
- Candidates should possess solid Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills, including proficiency in C# and familiarity with software development best practices.
- Candidates should possess foundational Game Design skills, including understanding of game mechanics, user experience, and player engagement.
- Experience with AR/VR development, mobile game deployment, and performance optimization in Unity is highly beneficial.
- Ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, communicate clearly, and manage tasks in a quick-paced production environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, Interactive Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in advertising technology, interactive installations, or branded gaming projects is an advantage.
