n We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented BDM - Business Development Manager / Inside Sales team to join our growing ERP Sales team. n
n Location: Hyderabad - Hitech City - Mind Space n
n Experience: 1–5 Years n
n Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month + Attractive Performance Based Incentives n
n Freshers: Welcome to Apply n
n Job Type: Full-Time n
n JOB RESPONSIBILITIES n
n• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate ERP sales leads n
n• Introduce and explain ERP to prospects n
n• Identify customer requirements and qualify leads n
n• Schedule ERP product demos and business meetings n
n• Regularly follow up with prospects and maintain customer relationships n
n• Manage and update CRM records, follow-ups, and lead status n
n• Coordinate with the Business Development & Sales team n
n• Achieve monthly calling, lead-generation, and sales-support targets n




n CANDIDATE PROFILE n
n✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills n
n✅ Good English + Telugu communication; Hindi is an advantage n
n✅ Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone n
n✅ Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel & MS Office n
n✅ Good convincing and follow-up skills n
n✅ Positive attitude and willingness to learn n
n✅ Target-oriented and interested in building a career in IT / ERP Sales n
