Job Summary

n

We are looking for candidates who have hands-on experience in Application/Production Support, with good knowledge of Linux, SQL and Oracle, and are comfortable working in a 24x7 rotational shift setting.

n

Important:

n

- Immediate joiners , or candidates with maximum 15 days' notice period will be preferred.
n
- Candidate who is already staying in Chennai, or Mumbai will only be considered , as there will be a face-to-face round of interview.

Key Responsibilities

n

n

n
- Provide L1/L2 application and production support for business-critical applications.
n
- Monitor applications and production environments to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
n
- Troubleshoot application-related issues and perform initial root-cause analysis.
n
- Handle incidents, service requests and production issues within defined SLAs.
n
- Monitor system/application performance and identify potential issues proactively.




n
- Work with internal technical teams to resolve complex application and infrastructure-related issues.
n
- Perform basic troubleshooting on Linux/Unix environments.
n
- Execute and troubleshoot SQL queries for data validation and issue investigation.
n
- Work with Oracle databases for basic database-related troubleshooting and support activities.
n
- Analyse application logs and identify errors/issues.
n
- Escalate critical or unresolved issues to the relevant technical teams.
n
- Maintain proper documentation of incidents, resolutions and support activities.
n
- Participate in shift handovers and ensure proper communication of pending/critical issues.
n
- Follow defined IT support processes, escalation matrix and operational procedures.
n
