- Onboarding Partner Associates: Will liaise with all new third party associates on site and ensures their biometric / face recognition for attendance is digitized.
- Reduce Attrition: Will ensure partner associates feel taken care of, heard and seen, in turn reducing attrition.
- Facility Briefing / Site orientation: Will orient all new joiners with the site, so they do not feel lost around what ca be an extremely intimidating site. He will also be responsible for briefing him about the rules / benefits of working at the site, along with an introduction to his peer group.
- Induction Delivery: Daily induction for new joiners which will cover a fixed set of policies / topics.

A record has to be kept for each individuals Induction and sign off taken for the induction as well.
- Attendance / Billing / Workforce Data: The biometric attendance is their single responsibility, Reconciliation of daily attendance, flagging of shortages or patterns to HOD’s and site GM.
To provide approved attendance sign offs to commercial for agency payout. Maintaining a single workforce dashboard for a site which reflects headcount by function, attendance%, attrition%, induction completion%, Rewards and Recognition participation, Grievances.
This data should be shared weekly with the PM.
- Engagement Plan / Perks / Health Plan: An engagement Calendar for our associates should be pre-planned (festive celebrations), R&R; events, tea / meals on duty provided to staff, birthday recognition & celebration, Medical Benefits / insurance.
- Regular Feedback / Grievance Addressal: Will be the first point of contact for associates, capturing any issues and highlighting to HOD / GM. He should pro-actively connect with teams to understand any underlying issues that may need to be highlighted or acted upon.
- Exit Interview: To enable a constant improvement in attrition % when an associate does leave, a conversation should be had with them to understand the reasons for their departure and if it could have been avoided going forward.
