A. Sales & Profitability
Sales Achievement
- Achieve sales targets and budgets for the concept/store.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Take corrective actions when sales are below target.
Product Performance
- Analyze sales performance of products.
- Identify quick-moving and slow-moving products.
- Share product feedback with the Concept Manager.
- Support seasonal and end-of-season sale (EOSS) performance.
Brand Performance
- Understand brand targets and incentive schemes.
- Monitor brand staff performance against targets.
B. Store Operations Management
SOP Compliance
- Ensure all retail SOPs and operational processes are followed.
- Maintain store cleanliness and floor hygiene.
- Ensure compliance with Omni-channel procedures.
Visual Merchandising
- Implement store layouts and merchandising guidelines.
- Follow planograms correctly.
- Upload planogram pictures in Wooqer on time.
- Implement approved merchandising corrections.
Store Audits & Reviews
- Complete Wooqer checklists.
- Follow up and close action points in Basecamp.
- Review brand performance and provide feedback.
Competition Monitoring
- Visit competitor stores.
- Share information on competitor products, pricing,
and promotions.
C. Marketing Promotions
- Ensure all promotions are implemented correctly.
- Follow company guidelines for promotional activities.
- Provide feedback on promotion effectiveness.
- Share suggestions for improvement with the Concept Manager.
D. Stock Management
Inventory Control
- Support maintenance of optimum stock levels.
- Ensure proper stock display standards.
- Monitor broken size/range issues.
Stock Quality
- Ensure damaged products are removed from display.
- Clear damaged stock as per SOP.
- Identify and clear expired or near-expiry stock.
Stock Accuracy
- Verify stock received against requirements.
- Ensure all products have:
- Correct barcodes
- Price tags
- Security tags
Stock Actions
- Implement actions for:
- Fast Moving Stock (FMS)
- Slow Moving Stock (SMS)
- Broken Ranges
- Support replenishment, reordering, promotions, and bundle offers.
- Return SOR (Sale or Return) stock within timelines.
Inventory Audits
- Ensure perpetual inventory counts are conducted.
- Participate in global inventory counts.
- Report stock losses caused by theft or negligence.
- Ensure DSD stock is processed within timelines.
