Job Description:

Role Summary:

The Data Analyst will be responsible for the development and execution of operational work plans and will support the strategy and execution of key modules for new business initiatives. The role requires complete ownership of allocated projects and modules and effective coordination and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely achievement of business milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business data. • Ability to analyse large datasets and convert insights into actionable business recommendations and create dashboards. • Strong understanding of business process analysis, strategic thinking, and execution planning. • Ability to quickly understand, manage, and take ownership of varied business modules. • Strong attention to detail and a result-oriented approach. • Manage and maintain effective communication and coordination between teams and functional leads. • Work effectively in a dynamic, startup-like setting and manage multiple priorities to drive results. • Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement. • Translate business requirements into actionable execution plans. • Take complete ownership of allocated business modules and drive them from planning through execution. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Skills & Competencies:

Technical Skills – Must Have:

• Strong proficiency in SQL for database querying,



data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.Working knowledge ofPython for data analysis, automation, and problem-solving.Hands-on experience withPower BI for data visualization, dashboard creation, KPI tracking, and business reporting. • Hands-on experience withJupyter Notebook for data analysis, exploratory analysis, and working with Python-based datasets. • Ability towork with large datasets and generate meaningful insightsfor business decision-making. • Good understanding of databases, data structures, reporting, and business analytics concepts.

Education & Qualifications:

• MBA from a reputed institution is highly preferred (not mandatory), preferably with a specialization in Strategy, Operations, Business Analytics, Business Management, or a related field. • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, or a related discipline. • Strong academic background will be an added advantage.

Experience:

• 2+ years of relevant experience in Program Management, Business Analysis, Business Consulting, Strategy, Operations, or similar roles. • Experience in Big 4 or similar management consulting organisations will be preferred. • Relevant experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Consultant, Associate Consultant, Associate, or Junior Program Manager. • Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry will be an added advantage.

• This is 6 days work from office role • Reporting to- IT Manager • Interview process- 1st round virtual, 2 rounds (F2F mandatory) Required Qualification: Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) (highly preferred, not mandatory)
