What You’ll Do
You’ll contribute to a wide variety of projects through activities such as:
Field & Technical Work
Conduct geotechnical desktop and field investigations
Manage fieldwork operations while ensuring safety and collecting high‑quality data
Undertake site‑based QA/QC activities and monitor construction activities
Design, Reporting & Project Support
Prepare technical deliverables, specifications, and proposals under supervision
Assist in project planning and coordination with clients and contractors
Apply engineering methods to solve real‑world challenges
Professional Growth & Collaboration
Participate in mentoring programs and company development initiatives
Work closely with engineers across the wider WSP business
Contribute to improved client satisfaction and project outcomes

Qualifications
We're looking for someone with:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Geotechnical, or related)
- 12+ years’ experience in Geo-Environmental Engineering
- Developing skills in report writing, cost estimation, and proposal preparation
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow your capability
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively
- A team-oriented mindset and commitment to “Best for WSP” outcomes
- Understanding of SHEQ requirements and safety‑first values
- Membership in Engineers Australia or participation in a Professional Development Program is highly regarded.
