About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform Senior Technical Lead &
Solution Architect to join our growing team. This is a senior leadership role that combines deep technical architecture
expertise with strong client consulting capabilities.
You will be responsible for architecting end-to-end Microsoft ecosystem solutions, leading client discovery and
solutioning sessions, defining technical standards, and ensuring the development team delivers high-quality outcomes
aligned with client expectations. This role demands someone who can operate confidently at the CTO/IT Director level
with clients while simultaneously guiding a delivery team on the ground.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Technical Strategy
● Architect end-to-end solutions across Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft 365, ensuring
scalability, security, and maintainability.
● Define solution architecture, integration patterns, data models, and technical standards for complex enterprise
engagements.
● Evaluate client requirements and design the most appropriate technical solutions, weighing trade-offs between build,
configure, and third-party options.
● Ensure all solutions adhere to Microsoft best practices, enterprise security standards, and governance frameworks.
● Stay current with the Microsoft technology roadmap and proactively recommend platform capabilities that can add
value to client engagements.

Client Engagement
● Serve as the senior technical point of contact for clients, engaging confidently with CXO, IT Director, and senior
stakeholder audiences.
● Lead discovery workshops to understand clients' existing systems, pain points, business objectives, and technical
landscape.
● Present architecture designs,



technical proposals, and solution demonstrations to clients in a clear and compelling
manner.
● Build long-term trusted advisor relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for solution expansion and
continuous improvement.

Technical Leadership & Delivery Oversight
● Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions, from architecture
through to deployment.
● Oversee customization and extension of Dynamics 365 CE using plugins, custom workflow activities, and
JavaScript (form scripting and ribbon commands).

● Design and govern enterprise integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, REST
APIs, and webhooks.
● Define and oversee CI/CD pipeline strategies for Azure, Power Apps, and Dynamics 365 deployments; ensure
adherence to DevOps best practices.
● Provide technical oversight on Cosmos DB implementations and big data architecture including medallion
architecture (Bronze/Silver layers), Dataverse, and Azure Data Explorer (ADX).

Team Mentorship & Governance
● Mentor and upskill Technical Leads, Senior Developers, and development team members across Dynamics 365 and
Power Platform capabilities.
● Conduct code reviews and architecture reviews to ensure quality, performance, and alignment with defined
standards.
● Collaborate with Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, and Project Managers to ensure alignment between
business requirements and technical delivery.
● Provide clear effort estimations, risk assessments, and delivery timelines for all technical workstreams.





Required Skills & Experience
● 8–12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM implementations, with at least 3 years in a
Solution Architect or Senior Technical Lead role.
● Demonstrated ability to independently architect and deliver complex, enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
● Proven experience in direct senior client engagement - ability to lead solutioning conversations, present architecture
proposals, and manage client expectations at a strategic level.
● Strong experience in pre-sales activities including effort estimation, solution scoping, proposal writing, and timeline
planning.
● Deep hands-on expertise in:
○ Plugins and custom workflow activities (C#/.NET)
○ JavaScript for form scripting and ribbon customization
○ Power Automate flows and Power Apps (model-driven and canvas)
○ Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Functions
○ REST APIs and webhooks for enterprise system integration
● Robust experience architecting and governing CI/CD pipelines for Azure, Power Apps, and Dynamics 365 (Azure
DevOps).
● Solid expertise in Azure services, DevOps practices, and cloud deployment strategies.
● Experience defining and managing backup, data retention, and disaster recovery policies.
● Hands-on experience with Cosmos DB and big data concepts including Bronze/Silver layers, Dataverse, and Azure
Data Explorer (ADX).
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both
technical and non-technical audiences.

Desirable Skills
● Experience developing PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) controls - a strong advantage.
● Prior experience in an offshore-onshore delivery model in a senior leadership capacity.
● Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
● Experience with SAP or other ERP integrations with Dynamics 365.
