Job Description:

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Advocate with strong expertise in real estate laws, legal due diligence, RERA compliance, title verification, and statutory approvals. The role involves providing legal advisory for real estate transactions, identifying legal risks, handling regulatory matters, and liaising with government authorities to support project execution.

Roles & Responsibility:

1 Real Estate Legal Advisory Provide expert legal guidance on real-estate transactions, including land acquisitions, development agreements, joint ventures, redevelopment and other complex transactions.
2 Legal Due Diligence & Risk Assessment Conduct due diligence for acquisitions and projects, covering title, encumbrances, ownership, litigation, approvals, property cards and other regulatory risks. Identify realestate-specific legal risks, including encumbrances, title chain issues and regulatory noncompliance, before they impact ongoing acquisitions or projects.
3 RERA & Regulatory Compliance Advise on RERA matters,



including project registration, compliance, disclosures, agreements for sale, refunds, delays, defect liability and other applicable requirements.
4 Government Authorities & Statutory Approvals Liaise with MCGM departments, MHADA, MMRDA, Collector, Workplace/CRZ, Heritage authorities and other government bodies to resolve regulatory queries, obtain statutory approvals/NOCs and support project execution.

Minimum Requirement – 5+ Years of Experience
Skills
1. LL.B. / LL.M. degree
2. Strong knowledge of Real Estate Laws & Regulations
3. Working knowledge of RERA and statutory compliance
4. Expertise in Legal Due Diligence, Title Verification & Risk Assessment
5. Strong drafting, reviewing & negotiation skills
6. Excellent analytical, communication & stakeholder management skills
