- Operate the fusing machine according to approved machine settings and work instructions.
- Check garment panels and interlining before fusing.
- Maintain correct temperature, pressure and speed as per the required specification.
- Ensure proper bonding without bubbles, wrinkles, shine marks, scorching or delamination.
- Inspect fused components and separate defective pieces.
- Maintain required production quantity and quality standards.
- Follow safety procedures while operating the machine.
- Keep the machine and working area clean and organized.
- Report machine problems, abnormal heating or quality issues to the supervisor/maintenance team.
- Handle materials carefully and minimize fabric and interlining wastage.
- Maintain proper records of production and rejected pieces, if required.
- Follow company policies, housekeeping standards and 5S practices.
- Support the quality team during inspection and corrective actions.
- Attend training and follow all SOPs and work instructions
