Pinnaculum Revenue Cycle Management India Private Limited is looking for a proactive Senior Client Service Executive to join the Delivery_Dental_Ops Management_Ops Management team. Working from our Mumbai office on the night shift, you will handle outbound and inbound voice interactions with insurance carriers and clients, manage claim status and eligibility verification, and ensure timely resolution of denials and unpaid claims while adhering to client SLAs and company compliance standards.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to insurance carriers for claim status and eligibility verification.
- Document denials and initiate appropriate follow‑up actions.
- Contact insurers based on client‑provided appointment details.
- Process outstanding claims and accounts receivable reports from client systems.
- Follow up on unpaid claims by calling insurance companies for status updates.
- Handle any voice‑based process as required (insurance follow‑up, patient calling, provider outreach, etc.).
- Maintain accurate daily logs of all interactions and activities.
- Achieve assigned targets with speed and accuracy in line with client SLAs.




- Collaborate with team members to meet shared goals and assist peers when needed.
- Escalate issues to senior staff promptly and ensure compliance with information security and quality policies.

Qualifications

- Any undergraduate or graduate degree (freshers accepted; 1+ year voice experience preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Hindi proficiency is a plus.
- Willingness and ability to work the night shift (8 pm‑5 am).
- Basic proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with RCM software tools.
- Robust attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy.
- Team‑player attitude with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
- Ability to meet SLAs and KPI targets consistently.
- Understanding of insurance claim processes and denial management is advantageous.
- Commitment to adhere to company security policies and quality standards.
- Valid government‑issued ID and willingness to use company‑provided transport for punctuality.
