About the Role
We are looking for 2 talented and responsible Unisex Hairdressers to join our salon team. The ideal candidate should be confident in providing professional hair services, have excellent client-handling skills, and be able to understand and counsel clients according to their hair needs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional unisex hair services including haircuts, styling, hair wash, blow-dry, and other salon services.
Understand clients' requirements and provide suitable hair consultations and recommendations.
Maintain good relationships with clients and ensure a positive salon experience.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and salon.
Be punctual, responsible, and professional at work.
Work as part of a team and maintain a positive working environment.
Handle clients respectfully and professionally.
What We’re Looking For
Good knowledge of unisex hair services and styling.
Excellent counselling and communication skills with clients.
Responsible, punctual, and dedicated towards work.
Well-groomed and professional personality.
Ability to understand client requirements and suggest appropriate services.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Previous salon experience will be an advantage.
Salary & Incentives
Salary: ₹[14,000-22,000] per month
5% Weekly Incentive based on performance/weekly targets.
