Required Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
- Hands-on experience in Siemens NX CAD/CAE.
- Knowledge of FEA fundamentals, meshing techniques, material properties, and engineering mechanics.
- Understanding of automotive cooling systems and radiator components.
- Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

We are seeking a skilled UG NX CAE Engineer with experience in Automotive Radiator and Thermal Management Systems to support product design validation and performance evaluation activities. The candidate will be responsible for developing CAE models, conducting structural and durability simulations, analyzing results,



and providing engineering recommendations to ensure robust radiator design.

Key Responsibilities

Create and modify finite element models of automotive radiators, condensers, charge air coolers, and associated components using Siemens NX.

Perform structural, vibration, thermal, pressure, and fatigue analyses using NX CAE and related solver tools.

Evaluate stress, deformation, durability, and failure modes under various operating conditions.

Correlate simulation results with physical test data and recommend design improvements.

Support radiator development activities including tank, tube, header, bracket, and mounting structure analysis.

Prepare CAE reports, technical presentations, and design review documents.

Collaborate with design, testing, manufacturing, and customer engineering teams.

Ensure compliance with customer specifications, industry standards, and project timelines.
