? Key Responsibilities

• Create and modify FE models of automotive radiators, condensers and related components using Siemens NX .

- Perform structural, vibration,



thermal, pressure and fatigue analyses.
- Evaluate stress, deformation, durability and failure modes.
- Analyze radiator tanks, tubes, headers, brackets and mounting structures.
- Correlate simulation results with physical test data and recommend design improvements.
- Prepare CAE reports, technical presentations and design review documents.
- Collaborate with Design, Testing, Manufacturing and Customer Engineering teams.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.
