Role Description The Tutor for Web Development & AI will deliver structured, practical training sessions to learners, focusing on modern web development and foundational AI concepts. This is a part time or full time, on-site role based in Rajkot, requiring regular classroom instruction, lab sessions, and one-on-one guidance.

Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating and updating training materials, demonstrating coding techniques, supervising hands-on projects, and guiding learners through debugging and problem-solving.

The tutor will assess learner progress through assignments, quizzes, and project reviews,



and provide constructive feedback to support improvement. Additional duties include collaborating with the institute to refine curricula, staying current with industry trends, and helping organize workshops, demos, and assessments.

Qualifications

- Strong web development skills, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern framework (such as React, Angular, or Vue).
- Foundational AI knowledge.
- Ability to design clear, practical lesson plans, training materials, and project-based learning activities tailored to different skill levels.
- Effective teaching, mentoring, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, structured way.
- Experience guiding learners through coding exercises, debugging, code reviews, and real-world project implementations.
- Comfort with using code editors, version control (e.g., Git), and collaboration tools in a classroom or training environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical industry/teaching experience.
- Prior experience as a trainer, tutor, instructor, or mentor in technology subjects is highly beneficial.
- Commitment to inclusive, learner-centered teaching and the ability to work in office in Rajkot on a full-time schedule.
